Brett Brown

Brett Brown has served with Martinez Reilly PLLC since May 2025, first as a law clerk, developing a strong foundation in legal research, writing, case preparation, and client advocacy while working alongside the firm's attorneys throughout law school.

Brett earned his Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law, where he graduated in the top ten percent of his class and was inducted into the Harlan Society in recognition of his academic achievement. During law school, he also earned certification as a mediator. He previously received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from St. Mary's University, after earning an Associate of General Studies from Wharton County Junior College.

Before beginning his legal career, Brett spent six years as a collegiate baseball player at Texas State University, Wharton County Junior College, and St. Mary's University, continuing through his first two years of law school. In 2024, he co-founded Chargers Baseball Academy, a youth baseball organization dedicated to player development and mentorship. The discipline, preparation, and teamwork of that experience continue to guide his work.
